When does “involuntary celibate” turn into “Voluntary?”
I think it’s right about here.
I’m still trying to decide whether to laugh or not.
So I follow Aurelia Bliss’s stuff on Medium. She seems to have a common sense approach take on the entire male-female dynamic. She seems to take no prisoners and I like her sass.
I commented on one of her stories (read her entry here) and it was my usual wise-ass kind of remark. I said:
“Just another reason it’s Great To Be A Guy! ©. We don’t have to deal with guys sending us dic pics!
Made me laugh. Well done, AB!
(Oh wow.. having typed that I now have to ask.. when you’re coming down on somebody and criticizing them, are you AB negative?)”
And I moved on with my Medium life. And that is when I ran into Truth Seeker here on Medium. He commented on my comment:
“Really? I’d suffer a thousand vag pix if I could have all the benefits of being a woman. Tell me why it’s so great to be a guy. Please!”
Now, I’m a husband and a father to two daughters and five wonderful grand-daughters. I’ve also, in my work-life, seen what a number of my female colleagues have to put up with. It’s a freakin’ pain. So I told ol’ Truthie what he needed to hear:
